PAINTINGS OF WOMEN WHO INSPIRE
Watercolor and Prisma Color Pencils
Corrie is an amazing woman who holds a special place in my heart. She has been a friend, sister, and someone I can confide in. I have never doubted her confidentiality, I know deep in my bones that she will keep what is said between us in the vault (if you know what I mean). She is so much fun to hang out with, and we have had many laughs over a glass of wine on scrabble game nights. She has a motherly, gentle touch to her friendship, and I Feel Like I can go to her about anything. She is the best listener and giver of advice. And, by advice, I mean, she will ask me questions about my situation so that I might figure stuff out myself. She has taught me that the answer to my problems can always be found if only I look within myself. She is simply the calmest, attentive, and patient person I know. She has taught me that being calm and thinking things through is far more reasonable than being reactive. She approaches most things by being present, asking questions, and not reacting in a harsh way. Corrie is such a giving person and has a great perspective on life. She inspires me to be a better woman, to be honest with myself, and love myself as I am. She always knows how to bring a smile to my face. she is a woman I admire, have great respect for. Corrie, I hope we can go on a hike soon; I miss you. Love ya girl!
